75% don’t have enough life cover to repay their debts

A new survey by the comparison website Go Compare has found that only 25% of adults in the UK have sufficient life cover and savings to repay their mortgage and other debts should they die. The figures are worrying, as is the finding that just 17% of people are concerned about the level of life cover they have and given the choice between spending £10 per month on life cover or playing the National Lottery 65% would prefer to play the lottery.
