TD Direct Investing

TD Waterhouse was established in 1997 in the UK and offers a range of investment solutions including a Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).

TD Waterhouse has received awards from YourMoney, Shares Awards, Financial Times, Investors Chronicle Investment Awards, The City of London Wealth Management Awards 2012 and most recently ‘Best Online International Share Dealing Service’ from MoneyAM Awards 2012.

A range of assets can be bought in the TD Waterhouse SIPP, including unit trusts, OEICs, shares, corporate bonds, gilts, ETFs and investment trusts. However, other popular assets such as deposit accounts, commercial property and structured products cannot be held in their SIPP.

The TD Waterhouse SIPP is only available direct; it is not available through IFAs (Independent Financial Advisers).

The minimum contribution to open a TD Waterhouse SIPP is £50 per month or a lump sum of £500 or transfer of £1,000.

The mandated SIPP bank account is held with Royal Bank of Scotland and it currently pays no interest whatsoever.
