Outdated (everything paper) and Expensive

Charge at least £50 for anything, and many things its £100 or more.
Can only accept payment by cheque, not BACS or CHAPS electronic transfer.
Can't email, can only print and put stuff in the post (takes 10 working days)
If you close the SIPP you'll immediately lose online access to its account statements/history, which could be a problem if you need them in the future.
