We are big believers in the benefits of specialising in certain areas of financial advice. For us that means pensions, especially SIPPs and final salary, working with people at, or around retirement, and, of course investments.
We have never given mortgage advice and don’t plan to do so in the future. But we know that many of our clients, and indeed their children or grandchildren, will need high-quality, independent, mortgage advice to help them buy their first home or move to somewhere more suitable.
Mortgage advice for our clients
We are therefore delighted to announce a new partnership between Investment Sense and London Money, which will ensure that our clients get the mortgage advice they need.
London Money provides mortgage advice throughout the UK and will work with:
- First time buyers
- People moving home or who need a remortgage
- Buy to Let investors
Investment Sense clients who work with London Money will have a dedicated adviser; Cathy Beaumont, who is highly experienced in providing mortgage advice to a wide range of people.
Cathy is delighted with the partnership: “Working with such a well-respected firm such as Investment Sense is a huge privilege. Like them, I’m a big believer in specialising in specific areas, for me that’s mortgages. We are independent mortgage advisers, and can use lenders from the whole of the market. I look forward to working with Investment Sense’s clients and finding the right mortgage for their needs.”
Director of Investment Sense, Sarah Bray, said: “We are delighted to have partnered with London Money. I can speak from personal experience that the mortgage advice they give is second to none. They truly are experts in what they do, and I have no hesitation in recommending Cathy to our clients.”
If you are thinking of moving home, buying your first property, or need a new mortgage for some other reason, Cathy would love to hear from you. She would also welcome enquiries from your children, or grandchildren, who may be taking their first steps on the housing ladder and therefore need expert advice.
Cathy can be contacted by calling 07521 693882 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
