InvestAcc SIPP Lite

InvestAcc was founded in 1992, is based in Carlisle, Cumbria and offers Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) and Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS).

InvestAcc currently offer three different SIPPs namely the Lite SIPP, Minerva SIPP and Flexi SIPP.

In total InvestAcc run over 2,900 SIPPs.

The InvestAcc SIPPLite can be accessed by investors directly or via an IFA and is aimed at people who want to make investments that a Personal Pension will not allow but who only want to hold one single investment, in addition to the mandated SIPP bank account. Whilst the InvestAcc SIPPLite allows access to a wide range of assets it does not permit investment directly into commercial property, investors looking to make such an investment can do so by upgrading to the Minerva SIPP.

The mandated SIPP bank account for the InvestAcc SIPPLite  is held with the Newcastle Building Society.
