Poor Service at a high price
Even when factoring in 'transfer out' charges, my client will break even and be better off each year, after about 2.5 years. Its a small price to pay to get away from the poor service, belligerent attitude of staff and ever increasing charges which include charging for what they are supposed to do, but never do,
