They have sacked all their Account Managers and replaced them with a help desk that is definitely many times worse than BT's!
We have waited 3 months to get a rent agreement signed on a commercial property and still it is not signed.
We have received no pay out of our Pension wince December simply because we are trying to change the date of payments and they have got in a mess.
